Who We Are

Based out of Metrowest Boston, Sound & Spirit is an intergenerational choir that has entertained audiences since 2012. We are delighted to be back together for our 2022-2023 "Get Happy" season, which is guaranteed to delight as we celebrate 11 years of making music & memories together! If you cannot wait to sing high-level, challenging music delivered in a community-based, accessible, joy-driven way -- look no further. Sound and Spirit fosters musical and artistic growth, animating what is best in our membership to serve our community with pure, creative joy! You won't be disappointed!

Spring 2023 season

If you'd like to join us, registration for Spring 2023 is now open. First rehearsal is Jan 25th, 2023. Visit us! We have open rehearsals on Jan. 25th, Feb. 1st, and Feb. 8th.
